  • Perplexity expands on finance-based queries. It now shows real-time stock prices, compares companies, deep dives into financials and more. ps: NYT sent a cease and desist letter to Perpexlity, demanding it to stop accessing NYT’s content.

  • Anthropic (other labs too) is adding regular blog posts and case studies on how companies are using its AI at work. You should check them out for inspiration. And let us know if you want specific tutorials on any topic.

Learn how to turn product feedback into roadmap features

Turning user feedback into roadmap items takes a lot of time. But what if AI could do it for you? This tutorial shows how to make AI read user feedback, create feature ideas, and add them to your roadmap automatically.

Step 1. Create a way to collect feedback

First, set up a form to get user feedback. We use Google Forms, but any form that works with Zapier is fine.

Step 2. Set up the AI system to handle feedback

  • Set up a Zapier workflow triggered by new form submissions

  • Use OpenAI's API to analyze feedback and come up with feature ideas

  • Turn the AI's ideas into structured data that's easy to use

  • Automatically add suggested features to show up in your roadmap tool (like Notion)

  • Refine how the AI writes to match how you usually describe features

Tip: Experiment with different AI prompts to fine-tune the feature descriptions. You might also want to include specific company values or product principles in the prompt.

This walkthrough is a condensed version of this tutorial. Check it out to set up your own AI-powered feedback-to-feature pipeline.
