2. You can now use ChatGPT without signing up. OpenAI is allowing users to use ChatGPT’s free version (with GPT-3.5) without needing to sign up and create an OpenAI account. OpenAI says this is for broader access.

3. US and UK plan to share their work on AI safety. On Monday, UK’s Science Minister Michelle Donelan and US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo signed an agreement. The agreement outlines how both countries will collaborate across technical know-how and AI talent.
