Hey folks, today we have not-so-funny ChatGPT, pirated GPT-4 keys and top loopholes in big AI apps.

Let’s get to it.

From our sponsor:

Businesses would love to hire ChatGPT and sell their product, but are rightly concerned about hallucinations.

The team at Magicform is proud to announce the launch of their "Hallucination Free" Conversations That Convert. Packed into a clean, no-code interface, they have built everything you need to hire, train and deploy the last sales rep you'll ever need to hire.

Okay, let me ask this first, Who comes up with these research ideas? Testing over 1000 jokes from ChatGPT (GPT-3.5, not the newer GPT-4)? Right?

Now, let me fess that I’m glad they did. Because an overwhelming 90% of these were just the same 25 punchlines repeated randomly. Even the unique ones were some variation/mixture of these 25.

To give you a taste, here's ChatGPT's most frequented gag: Why did the scarecrow win an award? Because he was outstanding in his field. Not using this one again!

Tools, ChatGPT plugins, and rapid Replit demos—AI projects are on the rise. Most of the time, coders know their shit and keep sensitive info safe. But sometimes, they slip and end up exposing their API keys (and, in turn, of the users that use these projects). And someone on Reddit is scraping AI projects to get these exposed API keys and use GPT-4 on your bank money.

For makers, hide your API keys, don’t hard code them into projects. For users, use temporary API keys when trying out new tools. Make sure to remove these keys once you're done with your exploration.

Heavens to Betsy, AI safety in the limelight again, huh? Not the AI doomer kinda stuff but the concerns knocking on our door. Turns out, even the big dogs in the game have loopholes in their AI systems.

So, some smarty-pants have compiled a hit list of all the soft spots in the top-tier AI tech that's been doing the rounds in 2023. A lot of technical details but worth getting stuck in when are going all in adopting AI.
